Indeed, the pdf's of frequencyplansatellites.altervista.org either will open immediately, or bring up the page with "The requested file is downloadable here".

Maybe this is some spam/security control of alterVista. But anyway, click on "here", and the pdf should open.

Edit: yes the links to Amos satellites are gone or have changed! I'll try to find them again. Thanks for reporting this marval450!

Edit2: many links are dead indeed. Hopefully Capitan_Uncino reads this and can fix it. I have a backup on my harddisk of the pdf's, so here is Amos 3.

That's strange, the link to Amos 4 works fine here.

Anyways, I emailed "Capitan" already. Maybe it would be better to host the pdf's myself, if the problem continues, and he agrees with it. Wait & see...

Capitan_Uncino has replied and fixed the problem a couple of hours ago.

Maybe it's still cached in your browser, a reload should fix that. Or try another browser.
