Bei mir geht mit 1,8m die 10963 H
-
Tomek22, @N-Stanislav,
Thanks to both of you for the spectrum posted.
I hope such answers are helpful to those interested in checking reception in their area.
So, Tomek22 confirms that 10962 H is active and, I hope, has the same Tandberg service. Although we are in different areas, we receive the same spot.
Since satellites use multiple spots, like this one, we will have to collaborate more to ensure we don't make mistakes when finding and reporting feeds.
Regards

satesco just look, only these spots covers Europe
Spot 29, 33, 34, 41 works only in H-polarity
Spot 26, 27, 40, 48 works only in V-polarity

...
It seems that the program encoded on 10963 H,1860, is a regular feed or a permanent program because I see it activated all the time when I visit the position.
Here's the signal I have, and muxes activated at 60.0E:
...
10964 H,7000,3/4-Tandberg(enc),new symbol rate.
I post this mux, either feed or regular program, now with another symbol rate.
In the cold season, Nika TV has a significantly better signal.
I am taking advantage of this favorable weather so that this program seems receivable anytime (but it is not). I do not think the signal will stay at this level long.

I post this mux, either feed or regular program, now with another symbol rate.
Only black screen, don't see any program or feed transmission there

Finally regular reception again with 125 cm on this satellite position:
11485 H 1000 1/2: Al Gad FM, acording to Flysat it is spot N 34 with 5 dB (CT 4100 +).
According to the map shown above, the N 34 beam is far away from my location.
The encrypted Tandberg feed on 10964 H can be received with 15 dB.

Today was malfunction on this satellite. Onboard CPU failure. Lost Sun/Earth orientation.

Ah, thanks for this info N_Stanislav ... because I checked just an hour before my signal on 11485 H 1000 1/2 Al Gad FM... no any signal seen on complete spectrum... than I "switched" to position 62.0°E...

Let´s hope, that there were not any other satellites in that area damaged by these pieces. -
