My Scan on 180CM
Most of them are in GSE, except 10982 Vertical 11116 Horizontal 11129 Horizontal 11146 Horizontal. There are a lot of frequencies. I can't screen shot them all. But if someone requested a specified frequency, I will screen shot.

satesco i wonder that you can't lock any channels from Russia beam.

satesco i wonder that you can't lock any channels from Russia beam.
Let's not forget that this Intelsat has cells/spots directed on several zones, some on small areas, which makes their reception impossible.
The two Russian programs, Telekanal 78 and Nika TV, are in northeastern Europe. Even if the signal is not favorable for me, I happen to catch them, especially in the cold season (see previous posts at 60.0E).
I still managed to get the two Al Ghad radio programs on 11491 H, so that's something, too.
I didn't understand why you didn't scan at 11200-11400 HV. I would have wanted you to check 11262 V, 64000,1/3. Although I locked at a weak signal, I'm not sure if it is also active, or if the two polarities overlap because they are not perfectly delineated.
I would like to know your signal on the sub-band transponders,10700-10950 HV.

Since 59.7°E Ovzon-3 is co-located with 60.0°E Intelsat 33e, probably Ovzon-3 has frequency ranges that IS-33e does not have.
These are 10700...10950 and 11200...11450 MHz. I found 3 strong data transponders there, and a few weak unlockable ones.
10852 V 40000 ACM/VCM 8PSK 8/9
11262 H 64000 ACM/VCM QPSK 1/3
11387 H 64000 ACM/VCM QPSK 1/3
The 0.3° difference is enough to distinguish between the two, I'm pretty sure these 3 come from Ovzon-3.
