Circular right spectrum at 47.0°E... (TBS 6903/6903X)

    Maybe you re right.

Do we know the beacon for this satellite ? Maybe it's the same beacon for all the syracuse fleet.

    • Offizieller Beitrag

I´m quite sure about the position 47.0°E. :69:

Circular right spectrum in upper band C (including band D with MCL-KP04).

I can see 20245 in qwer 6903X scan above.

/edit: hvdh, I will have a look on 20245 next time (I hope not to forget this one).

Nothing new in february ´21... :46:

... and my circular left march ´21 scan with band B LNB - no changes.

Again from position 47.0°E... circular right scan.

As hvdh wrote, probably "47.0°E Syracuse 3A" - confirming via TBS 6903X spectrum 20245 (no constellation possible).

    Changing toppic name here? :64:

    • Offizieller Beitrag

Hm, so I´just start from position 47.7°E (or 47.6°E? :26.) a scan in upper band B circular left range (using band C LNB). No changes.

hvdh, it looks like these ones are not from Nemesis...?

    • Offizieller Beitrag

Circular left scan from early 2022 - on wet rainy dish. :123:

    • Offizieller Beitrag

According hvdh list/report above - Nemesis 1 has left this position... 47.6°E Al Yah 2 remains... (any help for this toppic?) :71:

Still two locks here - five months later: 20485 L (TS) and 20488 L (GS).

qwer I think that theres a very high probability that you are seeing Al Yah 2. It is close to my horizon and I get a lot of ground noise. However, I can see those signals and others but they are way below lock. I used a band D LNB with linear feed for the plot here:

At the time Syracuse 3A was at 47.01E, 1.07N i.e. just above what I think is Al Yah. I can't lock anything on Syracuse either.

    Okay, thank you s-band :76:

FYI: I´ve splitted reports about 20485 L (TS) and 20488 L (GS) from Nemesis 1 toppic in this one. :3:
