Are this signals new for this position (11700 - 11950 V polarization), I think they are from 68.5E ? Signal is very low, 11850 V 30000 DVB-S2 is under 0dB. From what beam and satellite are this transponders ?
68.5°E Intelsat 36

Sure looks like Intelsat 36 Southern Africa beam.
Peaks are in the right place: 11728 - 11768 - 11808 - 11848 - 11888 - 11928.
These 36 MHz transponders exist in both H and V, and have C-band uplink (quite uncommon).Of course, nothing in my location, not even peaks.
-
I can confirm this signal on 11850 V 30000 DVB-S2 (-2.8dB on 2.2m) from my place.
-
Finally I can get 11850 V 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK shown in CrazyScan BS.
FEC 2/3 (probably not correct)?/edit:
11770 V 30000 DVB-S2 only with -10dB under "Hard-Lock".
Nothing else in spectrum from my place. -
Probably correct, Multichoice planned to use Intelsat 36 for expansion of DTH TV.

Much more is not available here

Finally I can get 11770 V 2/3 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK with CrazyScan BS, even when it´s shown as -10dB.

In the DStv forum (Multichoice South Africa), there is an up to date post listing the transponders used, including 11728 through 11888 V of Intelsat 36.

Above link to the old DStv forum became dead because the forum was entirely deleted, and replaced by another (ugly) one.
In the new forum, the same contributor "Optimist" posted a transponder list on 19 December 2018:

Pasting the IS-36 transponders here, in case the forum gets deleted again:

This morning the following was added to our MC system, on IS36;
11768 Horizontal
11928 Vertical - this one is the first purely Hi band transponder.
This is a technical expansion, it doesn't necessarily mean any new channels coming. To decode these channel numbers, see here for example:
https://www.tvchannellists.com/List_of_channels_on_DStvIt's quite remarkable that after several years, nobody in South Africa cares to update Lyngsat/Flysat on IS-36 activity!

Finally, an Anonymous contributor has informed Lyngsat.
