It looks like an Ethiopian Channel?

PS: Signal for 3723 R increases more to the west (0.3°) in comparison to the other frequencies from 51.5°E (attached scan).

When I posted this earlier (17.04.) I saw something like a "playback video" (sorry can´t explain in english). Also strange "onscreen display" was shown (attached pic, here: ????????)

But of course I´m not sure, probably it changed now to regular service.

I hope I´m on the righjt position here. Don´t know what this is. According ID it looks like a feed.

Still here today (probably a regular encrypted service? Let´s wait.)

Scan - probably some changes:

3641 R 1820 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK, ID: SEE (probably only occasinal?)

3714 R 2608 3/4 DVB-S, ID: OBNM (OBN from Ethiopia, I think and probably only occasinal?)

/edit: I merged above reports in feeds section: 3641 R and 3714 R have left again.
