I tried to lock the signal on these two transponders with multiple devices, but none worked.Although it seems unlikely,I'm willing to speculate that there's a parameter missing that's not detected by our tuners? Maybe someone here is lucky enough to lock them.

PS: Some strong signals from other polarisation in circular right scan.
