I see yoor report listed on FlySat as SE zone beam, so probably that´s the reason, why I can´t get this one... -

Well, 8PSK 3/4 versus QPSK2 1/2 is enormous difference, 8 vs 1 db...Few metres of a dish.
4127 L 11000 1/2 QPSK2 , same changes like at 64E, Prime encrypted , eagle FTA.
new PIDs.4134 R 30000 2/3 QPSK2 , new FEC.
Canal 24 Horas FTA ,no audio.

3703 R is GS, using continuos stream, still nothing more to analyze for me.
Just my scan on 4.9m.
Still there... encrypted AFN packages:
4126 L - 12.7dB over LM
4132 R - 9.1dB over LM
