You are in Algeria just like flie?
Because the peaks 12540 H and 12660 H in your scans look quite strong.
I think they are a different beam, and more difficult to see in Europe than the peaks below 12.5 GHz.

12320 V it's a first! Now only 12400 V, 12440 V, 12480 V are missing below 12.5 GHz.

So you get equally strong carriers above 12.5 GHz. There goes my assumption of two beams! But if there is only one beam, why two Ku transmit dishes? Maybe the 2nd dish is for Ka then, some misinterpretation is easily made.

I suppose they doing test in China
all test stop around 18:00 pm in algeria time

Alcomsat-1 is below horizon from China.
Gunter's space page says: "Two ground control stations have been built, one in Medea and the second in Ouargla, which will control the satellite. They will be operated by an Algerian staff that has been trained in China."
But probably there are some Chinese commissioning engineers present as well.

may be the Algerian engineers contact with the Chinese engineers with internet or some thing else in ""the reel time!!""

so that's why the tests stop very earlier !

& THEY said Alcomsat will be run in 3 or 6 month in Algerian television !! very long time !
