Scan today using 1.2m with linear V feed. I think I have the correct satellite. Can anyone else see the same?

    Hi s-band,

checked this position today with an "Inverto KA IDLW-TWNLRA20-D212O-OPP" on my fix CAS 120 (7.0°E in focus).

CrasyScan shows the wrong polarisation for that LNB, so correct polarisation is here circular left.

    All locks are GS:

    19730 L 45000 DVB-S2

    19787 L 45000 DVB-S2

    19987 L 45000 DVB-S2

    20044 L 45000 DVB-S2

PS: deleted my earlier posts in this toppic - showing a scan with an "broken" LNB (scan).

/edit by qwer 11.01.18: Started a new toppic in GS forum, including s-bands previous report.

Okay, installed today a coaxcable on my TBS 6925 "LNB out". From this "way" in "LNB in" from my TBS 6983. Now showing correct polarisation with CrazyScan.
Of course not new "trick" - showing already by dreamsat in some reports earlier.

Scan of the day in circular left. No changes.

Different ratios between the two pairs here. Different beams?
    Slant linear polarisation

    Hi s-band,

my evening scan in circular left.

I can confirm: First pair with lower signal.

  • 19730 - Left - 44990.474
    19787 - Left - 44990.571

    19915 - Left - 44990.546

    Even with a weak signal , 19857 & 19915 have left I think.

Just my circular left scan (fix 1,2m dish, multifeed). I can confirm, what Feedsat wrote.

Hm, I just want to update the Ka list.

Could it be possible that your scan, KooLy, was in circular right (according changed polarities for your used LNB)? You told me already in another toppc for KA-band C. But it is strange, because same results in circular left in european countries... :88:

Today's scan on LHCP. This looks different to before as there appears to be transponder noise.

There is also data in transponders from 18.4-19.7GHz see 03.1°E Eutelsat 3B

No changes here - just my december scan.
