Long time its not active.
They stopped use Telstar 15W for feeds i think. I didnt saw any feed activites here.

On September 7, 2021,
12.588 H 3400 3/4 was still active but signal level was very weak.
1.6m-1.8m antenna required for reception

Today scan Telstar 12V 15W 12500-12750 MHz
As you can see there is no more 12588 H 3400.There is now some kind of GS transponder which prof 7301 shows as 12586 H 5600 16APSK 2/3 but modulation is changing. Sometimes it shows 32APSK, QPSK.
in the morning signal was stronger, above 14dB on ESPN's 12609 H, now around 13,5db -
