    I have the Ka B LNB fitted, which covers up to 20.7G, and I have calibrated the positioner using 19.2E but can't see anything. What is the signal around 20.2 on your plot?

  • Yes, KA Band C pure carrier is off now (just checked) also nothing in Xband right now.


    The signal is a fake, this is always what I obtain when I start a CS with this LNB, forget it

  • Here in circular left (using LNB for band B) - two wide TP appeared... not sure about exact position....? :28:

    They are similar here, about 120MHz wide and don't look quite like normal DVB and are not SBIRS-Geo. I need to calibrate the positioner to get an absolute position but they are a bit to the East at this time. I noticed a very strong carrier and a couple of weak ones around 20704R (Amos-17) between this pair and SBIRS-Geo.

  • I think it is GovSat 1 at 21.4E. The magenta trace was is the noise reference but SBIRS-Geo was a few degrees above Govsat at the time. It is weak as it is RHCP. I left it to show the relative frequencies.
