Beacons on 11701 and 11448 circular polarisation using linear feed. Carrier is about 30dB S/N in 1kHz.
Doppler at the time was predicted as about -37kHz.
30.0°W (Destination) Hispasat 30W-6
-
-
Plots as it crossed the Clarke belt, this time with wider span to show the whole signal. Doppler a few kHz high.
-
At a range of around 7100km it was about 18dB stronger than at AOS (23000km). Some of the difference may be due to trees at the low angle for AOS.
Note: Scale change from other plots. -
As per hvdh's post on SatsUK, it is probably at its test position of 26W. That is where the beacons appear to peak at the moment.
-
I think that this is its Ka beacon on 20199MHz circular polarisation. Received using a linear feed. 20Hz resolution bandwidth.
-
Many test carriers up and down here at ~ 26-27W, is it new Hispasat 30W-6 ?
I have seen in 11200-11450H, 11700-12500 H/V
-
11215 H now
-
may be this one 11930V see it early from 24.8°W
is also from 26°W (Hispasat 30W-6 )
certainly it is not from 24.8°W/edit by qwer: LINKS disappeared (01.08.2020).
