Both just about lockable here in the UK with a 1m dish.

weil mein Nachbar nach der Ausleuchtzone frägt.....

indeed, the satellite has a strong inclination,
I made the lnb-position 1 cm higher and have now the best reception again. -
in the meantime
12160 9,7dB
12241 8,4 -
Just a signal check: Locking two hours earlier today afternoon from my place - 12161 H.
Sunshine atm., before the rain comes next.
PS: Kleinraisting, hvdh´s GEO satellites showing no inclination.
-

In my area both transponders-12160 H & 12239 H-are received with antennas of 110cm,over 8dB, and 150cm,around 11dB.
-
at which time we will see the maximum?
just the moment
12160 11,5dB
12241 10,5 -
Abends ok, morgens ko... Das kommt mir bekannt vor

I have monitored the signal during the 24 hours on the two transponders(12160 H & 12240 H) on AlcomSat-1 that I'm picking up in my area. You can see the result in the screenshot below. As you can see,it is surprising that the signal has a very large variation on the day/night!This confirms the opinion of those who say the satellite is inclined.Indeed, the satellite has an inclination, but according to the operator's data it is only 0.02 ° .
And now the question is whether only we,who are not within the footprint, notice this (big) inclination ?And/or those from the central area of the map coverage, that is,those in Algeria, notice and happens the same thing?
To this question can answer those the two Algerians, toufiksmso and flie, who have massively activated on the forum during the satellite test period(why they are missing now?).In fact, anyone in the footprint can answer this simple question. And depending on this answer we can determine if in fact the satellite has an inclination greater than foreseen by the operator or,because we are in out of,the variation of the signal to be the result of some physical factors? If they also have a signal with fluctuations over a day/night,it means the Algerian operator has a problem with the satellite.I mean it started with the left foot of this operation since the beginning phase.
Of course,I expect @hvdh's specialist opinion on such issues.Actually from which one of you if you're interested.
Thanks -

ThanksThere is definitely something is incorrect because i have a signal here per example i have no sign of 1.9e but this one is very visible i think with better tuning it is possible to get more. According satbeams map i should not have to receive it with my setup.

12160 H is off now!
For me it is still here... -
The signal returned to 12160 H. Now both transponders are active
FYI: Merged todays reports in this toppic by qwer.

Just the moment:
-
From my QTH, the signal level is always the same, I am not under a "fringe reception"
but 12521 V 1500 is the weakest !
(clear sky)
edit: 12500V is a beacon ?
PS: nothing in KA ABCD and X from my place -
There isn't any sign from Cyprus until now ....
-
They are back with increased signal at this time of the day...
