Finally I have a lock on my Openbox receiver, should be ~ 9,7 dB. All 11 channels are indicated as encrypted (Conax), but they are FTA now. Looks like a Nigeria package.

New channel in the Startimes Kenia package on 3725 R 13427: "Ruriri TV", but no clear video.

3760 is 833 again,maybe it was another program with SR 1000 ?

Some days ago, CIS was encrypted for a few days. Now it's FTA again.

Somebody can check please which is the weakest Startimes mux now? 3725R no lock with 240cm. Others are ok. I just want to know really weak or my setting is not correct.

here is my scan 3700R-3800R, also 240cm. 3725R is off right now Yesterday the tp was on...

edit:
the package is on new frequency 3651R 16126
side effect: 3676R is weaker now, only 8dB and no lock any more (was around 11 dB before)

Thanks Afreaka! This new freq is no locking for me atm.
T2-MI pack also. This is same transponder I think (1C), so the power has been shared.

3651R lock in the mornings, but no clear picture. Daytime no lock. 240cm Kaonsat 11K

Yes, the last days 3651 R seems to have the highest level in the morning. But also not so bad now on 240cm (maybe my dielectric plate is very good on this frequency).

Almost stable reception with 240cm dish.

Nothing new, but some tp weaker than during the last months (RTNB, TCV...)

This is my scan 3600-3800R. Setup is still 240cm PFA, AVCOMM scalar, KaonSat LNB and homemade polystyrene dielectricum. Maybe your waveguide doesn´t like the 3646R?
