  • In my case, IQmonitor 1028 worked better in HR mode with tbs6903x, and I think I got a hopefully good spectrum.

    This time, the app locked and displayed the parameters correctly on an S2X mux. This is the first time this has happened with this card.

    Unlike previous versions, blindscan in this HR mode worked well, and I could lock them.

    I didn't understand why I got an excellent feeds report on some transponders and others, absolutely not at all, although the spectrum looks ok.

    Maybe it's inappropriate to post here, but out of curiosity, I scanned this part of the band with neumoDVB on Linux, and the scan time was only 13.50min. With IQmonitor, regardless of the settings chosen, this scan takes a very long time. But I must admit I managed to get a good spectrum. At least, I think so.

    In the meantime, I also scanned with the 6902se card in Maximum graphic resolution. Only what you see in the screenshot can be obtained.

    Now I have made an automatic search for tokens on constellations in the DVB-S2X modulation area.

    Now the HR spectrum will display these transponders.




    As a bonus, transponder locking has improved, weak subthreshold transponders can be locked even in automatic mode.

    I tested both the TBS6903X V.2 and V1.2. The results are the same for both cards. The latest version of IQmonitor already renders the spectrum nicely, even with this card. (It's a pity that other scanning options are blocked, but it certainly has its meaning.) I was surprised that the spectrum in CrazyScan does not match the transponder frequencies. The IQ monitor draws them correctly. The sensitivity of the TBS6983 and TBS6903x cards is approximately the same. Unfortunately, none of them reach the sensitivity of the TBS5925. :73:

    Used latest versions of CrazyScan, IQmonitor and Streamreader.

    CrazyScan automatically adjusts the signal level range. In the part from 3610 to 3750MHz, I have LTE Internet interference, that's why the shape of the spectrum is like this.
