Intelsat 38 (AzerSpace 2) is activated ,I see now in spectrum (without signal of course ! )
1=11162,H,12000,12,2 ;-49 dBm, 2.9 dB; 12:02 5/2/2019 is from Galaxy 11 @ 44.9° East

Tolles Ergebnis!
Vier IQmonitor-Transponder wurden genau 3 dB unterhalb der Lok-Schwelle ermittelt, im Gegensatz zu CrazyScan, bei dem der Signalpegel auf 8 dBm und der SNR auf 3 dB verringert wird.
Diese Größen wurden korrekt ermittelt und die Anzahl der dB angegeben, die erforderlich ist, um Lok zu erreichen. Dies wird durch transparente Transponderkörper im Spektrum gezeigt.
Glückwunsch!
Aber Ihr Setup muss kalibriert werden, dann werden die Ergebnisse noch beeindruckender sein.

unfortunately there is no NIT here
even TDT here are with wrong date

I am sure that 11475,V,30000,11513,V,30000,11556,V,30000, 11593,V,30000,in the south-beam have not the same channels like north-beam ,here all are FTA

The Intelsat site does not show all beams of this shared satellite.
The Azercosmos site shows a West Africa beam, that includes your location, flie!
