The new SES-12 will be arriving at 95.0°E today, it is intended to replace NSS-6. So changes are to be expected from now on!
It seems, yes, because a first step has been made:a few transponders have left the satellite:
11080 V,13828,2/3,8PSK,
11093 V,4832,8/9,16APSK,
11121 V,2518,3/5,S2,
11138 V,1070,3/4,32APSK.
11134 H,2056,3/4,32APSK is new,but the signal is too weak to lock it. Is it on SES-12?
I hope KooLy confirms it or someone else.
