I can confirm guys, 12111 H and 12360 V have left! (Both active in early morning hours) 
Now active - without services atm.:

Thanks qwer .. Sorry for the big picture, I have a 2K monitor .. 12438 V 27500 3/4 DVB-S works with 6dB but on 12150 H 27500 3/4 DVB-S I don't have lock
I confirm, signal decreases here too - also on 12150 H - not lockable at this time.
Content now on 12438 V.
