Mars 2020 launched on 30th July. It's frequency, without Doppler compensation, is 8415.000MHz, RHCP.
There are both amplitude and frequency variations as it spins. r00t.cz and Daniel Estévez have been decoding the telemetry.

I'm surprised I managed to find this, not seen for a long time. Now at 42.7Mkm and presumably on the LGA. It doesn't seem to be locked to a DSN ground station.
RX on 8414.716MHz
0.2Hz BW, 4 x averaging
Talking to Madrid tonight. -133dBm CW and -126dBm 25kBd modulated (turbo) on DSS63 (70m)
It looks like there is some FM wobble now it's locked but nothing like the wobble that was present soon after launch.
RX on 8414.711MHz, 0.2Hz, 4 x averaged
43.6Mkm
Now at 50.2Mkm. Although the same level, as a few days ago on DSS63 (-133dBm), it seems much weaker tonight. Only just detectable in 0.2Hz with 8 x averaging.
Tweaked the settings on the waterfall to get a better plot. 0.4Hz BW, 4 x averaging. The wobble is more clearly displayed in these views. In lock and communicating with Madrid but no level displayed.
52.2Mkm
