It's probably a permanent channel?
Are you quite sure with position 30,5°E Arabsat?
My signal here rises up much higher, if i turn the dish more to direction east to around 31°East (maybe still an active feed on the moving Eutelsat 7A?)
Best signal here 3 motor steps eastward from 30,5°E. On the regular position 30,5°E around 2-3dB are gone from the signal
At normal sat position of 30.5E my signal is around 8dB
To make this situation still more strange (than it is)...
My reception of the LBC Channels (10992V and 10995V) and also Al Jadeed TV (11019V) is wiped out, no more reception.
But there is another copy of the before described turksat channel similar to 10960H -> 10992V
All that on "regular" motor position of Arabsat 30,5°east
10959H - TRT Arabia & Turksat Tanitim
10992V - TRT World HD & Turksat Tanitim

Yes signal comes from the 31.0 E position
My mistake
Edit:
11061 V 2800 3/4 DVB/S2 8PSK - Changing parameters
10961 H and 10996V here looks to come from around 31E too. Eutelsat 7A@30,9E , incl 0.4° ?
Checked now, in time of max. inclination and it is clearly visible it is from different position, so it must be Eutelsat 7A@30,9E .

Atm. only 2 TPs active,10960 H, 10993 V. incl.: 0,44 .
So all other listed TPs ,feeds are uplink collision with Arabsat 30,5E .
Signal in my area at 30.9E on the two trps:10959 H and 10992 V.
Can you lock the signal in the upper band on 12610 V,2800,3/4,8PSK,12572 V,2500,5/6,8PSK,etc?
atm here are available only the two Turksat tp...
no signal at Al Jadeed TV (Terrestrial), OTV Lebanon, LBC International HD, LBC International SD from Eutelsat 30,9°E
No signal in upper band .......
11156 V,6666,3/4,8PSK- & 11164 V,6666,3/4,8PSK(strong signal)-ERTU(Egyptian Radio & TV Union),both enc,
11656 V,6666,3/4,8PSK & 11164 V,6666,3/4,8PSK-nolock.
We still don't know Eutelsat 7A's footprint, but as the signal manifest in my area, I'd say it's two beams,Wide and East/MENA?
What do you think, hvdh?
Eutelsat 7A (former W3A) had Europe A, Europe B and Africa footprints.
10.95...11.2 GHz will be Europe A, while 11.45...11.7 GHz can be either A and B.
Europe A and B both covered Europe well.
But Arabsat 6A also has these bands.
Can there be no confusion, or is the 0.5° inclination of 7A and the 0.4° separation enough?
Sorry I have not tried myself yet, there is a heatwave now and prefer not to turn the dish!
Those satellites are too close, even Arabsat is getting E7As uplink- reflection of 11157 and 11165V are 11657 and 11665 V but very weak.
It is nice though, these double downlinks reveal some uplink bands of Arabsat-6A:
Uplink 13,0...13,25 V/H becomes downlink 11,22...11,47 H/V of Eut.7A, or 10,7...10,95 H/V of Arab.5A
Uplink 13,75...14,0 V/H becomes downlink 11,45...11,7 H/V of Eut.7A, or 12,5...12,75 H/V of Arab.5A
Uplink 14,0...14,25 V/H becomes downlink 12,5...12,75 H/V of Eut.7A, or 10,95...11,2 H/V of Arab.6A
Uplink 14,25...14,5 V/H becomes downlink 10,95...11,2 H/V of Eut.7A, or 11,45...11,7 H/V of Arab.6A
Only as far as transponders are switched on, of course.
Thanks hvdh for clarifying Eutelsat 7A's footprints. But,sorry, and that was when the satellite was operational at 7.0E.And then these beams had coverage for the three areas just because it was in another position. This time Eutelsat 7A is in a different position and probably for that reason, the satellite operator's customers are not the same.Only the Turks remained, because they wanted to occupy the slot for their satellite many years ago, even before Astra 5B.And it is no wonder that they were the first to rent transponders for their tv promo.
I ask myself such questions, because beams A and B of Eut7A, when the satellite was at 7.0E,were strong on my area and I had no reception problems.Only the one in Africa was very weak. Now in my area,I only receive two beams, one strong, and one very weak.
For this reason I want to know if the signal has the same three beams as at 7.0 E or now Eut7A has to change the coverage area of the signal for new customers,or the same?
All my esteem
Satesco as marval450 pointed out, these weak signals in 11.45...11.7 GHz band are from Arabsat 6A, not Eutelsat 7A. Note the 500 MHz offset with the strong signals in 10.95...11.2 GHz band.
Several transponders have been activated, the same content, probably testing(?):
10982 H,30000,3/4,QPSK,
11013 H,22500,3/4,QPSK,
11093 V,30000,3/4,QPSK,
11052 V,30000,3/4,QPSK.
