You're right, hvdh, it's hard to determine the position,all the more so because it comes from a distant spot,probably Southern beam..And yet,by moving the antenna left and right,I found that 12678 H is at 74.9E. I'll check it out further only if I can catch it again.Maybe others will lock it before me.I wish them success. And to be honest,I don't think I'll ever lock with my dish.
