I think I have the right position as it it the same as the carriers which are present around 21700MHz. I didn't get a chance to capture much as the signals disappeared but there were 2 500ks/s GS signals, one on 20190.7 RHCP and the other on 20192.0RHCP. The higher one locked on Scan & Tioune and was detected by CS. The one on 20190.7 partially locked on Scan & Tioune. There is a carrier which seems to be on all the time on 20199.6MHz (+/-100kHz) LHCP.
I can't work out what this is at 19200RHP. It looks like something with 85ks/s rate but S&T says it's 120ks/s during scan. There also appears to be a wider signal or transponder noise just above it.
