11105 H 45000-Same situation as earlier, PC card no lock, F15 7,1db lock,scan, but still no picture, sometimes sound.

derzeit normal stephan94, auch hier mit 120 Empfang (um die 4dB).

I thought last night that it was an accident to get this package,but I find that the signal is quite strong,around 8dB,for those who tried before and failed,I recommend them to try now.Who knows,maybe this time to succeed
