    According to the link above it is in equatorial lunar orbit with periapsis altitude of approximately 100 km and apoapses of 19000 km. (To be verified) It was -109.3dBm, 550kBd on DSS63 at the time. A second frequency of 8445.336MHz at 11Bd and -148dBm was far below my threshold.
