The plots here were done to try to find any transponder noise from Luch. However, the only thing confirmed as being from Luch is the beacon on 10747.5MHz, circular polarisation. There is only about 0.3dB excess ground noise plus a spurious on 12450MHz and some side lobe pick-up from 15W. The UK may be too far West to see much. If anyone could look from the East, it would be interesting. A good time might be during journeys of Soyuz capsule to and from ISS.
