LBC International HD started [30.5E] 10954 Vertical 2330 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK CCM
Unstable signal.
It is out of the known Arabsat 5A's frequency plan.

It switched off. It was a feed. I forgot to make a screen shot but the signal here was around 10.5 db

It was biss encrypted, 10.2db here..
