In the morning and around noon, they are broadcast newsfeeds
from Asia for Mir TV. Kazahstan and neighboring countries very often.
Pakistanian feed was active few minutes ago at 12707 H 1850.
At the same time the same feed seems to be active at 78,5e 11158 H.
The difference of frequencies is around 1550 MHz. It is the same difference between 12500 and 10950 MHz.
That means, that Pakistanian feeds at 80e are just an interference from wide-angle uplink, pointed to 78,5e. Two neighbour satellites just have different frequency shift between uplink and downlink lines.
The "Moscow feed" and "Dushanbe" (not my finding) are active atm at 80e:
