According to your report, it seems that the transponders I found are from 80.0E. I'm not sure about that.
On the other hand, I'm a little confused that the same transponders are on both polarities. I know that Express 80.0E, like all Russian satellites, works with circular polarization.
I think I mounted the LNB correctly on the tripod, and I don't think I made a mistake.Could it be on Blagovest 3, 70.0E?

I understand from this that there is no mistake with the polarities, as both are being used.
I am only surprised by the low signal level.Even @N_Stanislav's signal is not very good, too, despite being geographically it should be stronger.
It's strange that both on Ku-band and C-band footprints cover the same geographical area, but the signal is stronger on Ku-band. Probably because of the TV packages.
