Probably somone can check this circular signal at about 3962 (my linear scan here - sorry) - nothing to lock for me on my last C-band position (no clear view to satellite). It also could be an "LNB fake" - but I don´t think...

Still there, peak at 3961 L - constellation.

3805 L 3290 ... for sure using (also) DVB-S2X... up to +20dB but without lock (on TBS 6903X)...

3891 R 13850 - real frequency, no fake
