Unknown satellite C band on 14,5East

    Does anyone know what a satellite, approximately in position 14.5 east is? :25: Transmits in C band, circular polarization. I captured some TPs in clockwise polarization.

    it´s from Blagovest 4 @12.0°E ... I even get some of them at position 17.0°E on my setup (4.9m)!!! :79:
