I could not see anything on 10704H. There don't seem to be any beacons on nearby satellites in that region of sky so maybe it was a test.
The beacons on 11452.6 & 11704.5 now have circular polarisation (they were linear a few months ago).
The plots below show 11704.5C with:
11699.5H Turksat 3A
11698.5V Turksat 3A
11701.5V Turksat 4A
The LNB is about 70kHz high in frequency

Perhaps because of its beam? I see you're from UK while satesco has catched the signal from Romania.
