45.5°E Syracuse 4A

This needs to be confirmed as there are a few satellites in this region. Another possibility is Blagovest 11L (NORAD 42907) but the best match to the position I have is Syracuse 4A. at 45.47E.

I can only see one signal and that looks like a BPSK beacon on 21009.37494MHz (GPSDO locked RX). It is vertically polarised with no sign of doppler variation (+/-2Hz accuracy) over about 30minutes.

    1.2m Prodelin 3122 az-el with one of:

Ku 12-18GHz: corrugated conical feed, 1.5dB NF LNA, Ku (Standard): SMW Q-PLL type C, Prodelin feed. Ku (Extended): 11.3GHz LO SMW & Prodelin Feed Ka: Gilat ex-ODU PLLs Gilat feeds, Ka 18-26.5GHz: Patriot feed, home made 4dB NF LNA, Ka DSN: Corrugated conical feed, home made 3dB NF Down-Converter

I can see this one here too - using Band D LNB and ext. CS - vertical scan here on 1,8m - nothing else in spectrum.

/edit: Sorry can´t exactly identify satelitte position (45.5°E) - but it matches, I think.
