How on Lyngsat can I tell if it's the Ka band.

Die Bezeichnung stammt eigentlich aus einer inzwischen veralteten deutschen Bezeichnung.
Nach einigen anderen Bezeichnungen fällt, was wir unter Ka-Band verstehen, gar nicht oder nur teilweise in diesen Frequenzbereich.
Wenn man die aktuelle, internationale Standartisierung heranzieht, fällt das E-Sub-band überwiegend schon ins Ku-Band, alle anderen Sub-Bänder ins K-Band.

The name actually comes from a now obsolete German name.
According to some other designations, what we mean by Ka-band does not fall within this frequency range at all or only partially.
If you use the (current) international standardization, the E-sub-band is mostly in the Ku-band, all other sub-bands in the K-band.
