Is it Transport or Packetized ?
In my opinion, EBSpro Signal Analyzer on 12647 H showed "Stream Type: Transport" in black letters (not in green), so it´s probably the same thing, when CS shows "Unknown" in scan (see my attached files, testing on 12524 H, using TBS 6903X and EBSpro/CS - and TBS 6522 and EBSpro)?
In current scans with EBSpro/CS, using TBS 6522 : all frequencies are lockable only in S2X, using Packetized streams.
Btw. TBS 6903 get these as "NO LOCKED" yet... and nothing can be found on TBS 6925.
Interesting why the card cannot display pids from the stream
which Tuner do you have in use - according your attached streams?
Indeed, not much PIDs, using TBS 6903X and EBSpro/CS - nothing with TBS 6522 (others don´t lock these ones)

I don't have an S2X card but here are plots from a TBS6983. At first I thought that the 4 lower signals were circular polarisation as I could not see the effect of skew. However, CS suggests that there may be co-channel signals on each of the lower 4 TPs. I still don't think the skew is behaving normally though, maybe because I've not seen many S2X transmissions.
The analyser plot shows horizontal as magenta and vertical as blue. The signals above ~12.66GHz appear to be time variant and there may be multiple sources. I have attached a short video file showing the variations, download it and remove the .pdf extension (I hope that's OK qwer).
The satellite was at 3.72N, 9.94W at the time of the captures.
