The nominal centre frequency is 8465.000MHz, without Doppler.
The TLE & Horizons data is incorrect at the time of posting. The sidebands, spaced at about 525Hz, are just visible but they were hard to see as the 1.2m dish did not give enough rejection of Sun noise.
