I set the lnb specifically for Badr and Nilesat 201
What I mean is this, have you modified the lnb to improve the signal it gives?
-
The only modification I made to the Inverto Black Ultra lnb was to fit a ring scalar, which I found at AliExpress years ago. The results were beyond my expectations, so even today, I use it in the Ku band even though I have many lnbs.
Here are some examples/comparisons:

...I did the same (scalar ring).

Interesting....could you please take more pictures, especially from the back? I need to replicate this setup
-
Please can I see the back as well? Thanks!

Kindly post your setup as well; I mean your modification
This is also a humble suggestion; if there could be a separate thread for people to showcase their setup, that would be great.

Back side is just IBU without feedforn. Dish is here, maybe visible

Hi, all!
I talked todays, my best mentor and friend DXBozóth.
DXBozóth say to me, that the satesco owned scalar ring, plastic design, with the metal boiled construction. DXBozoth have also this device, but to gave it loan to maybe the feci01. I tomorrow calling feci01, and questing the this devices parameters.
Best, regards,
SaTom

Now called in the phone me feci01, and sended me for pictures also, this device.
Now, saying to me feci01:
That the scalar ring, and the ring behind distance, same the Invacom ADF-120 feedhorn.
The waveguide distance other, 34mm.
The feedhorn inside excentric point diamaeter 18,5 mm outside the full scalar 69,9 mm. (Sames Invacom ADF)
The scalar ring space deeper to the Invacom, this is parameter not measured feci01.
The longest waveguide part section, with the distance 34mm, the ending simple pipe parts need puting int to the Inverto Black Ultra (Pic 4)
If you have questing, feel free to write.
Best, regards,
SaTom

FYI: I´ve merged above reports (from Badr-7 toppic) in this new toppic here.

where can I buy such device?

where can I buy such device?
After I first posted the results at the reception with these scaling rings, many enthusiasts bought them, and AliExpress sold out. It was indeed cheap too. For this reason, when I was looking to buy more for a friend, I saw this info on their site.
They probably didn't expect such a good sale.

Since it is not a funnel feed, replicating it would be relatively easy.
Step 1:
You just have to know ALL the basic dimensions. (Groove spacing and depth are related to frequency.)
The back should also be a perfect fit and screws should only be used for fixing and not for tensioning.
My thoughts on this are based on the total length of the waveguide up to the inner antenna. Whether 34 mm fits here depends on the actual assembly.
Step 2:
Find someone to mill the part.
Hiring a company to do wage work is certainly more expensive than the ~75€ ($29+shipping costs+import sales tax) for the China part, and I didn't think so.
