Just my -here in circular- spectrum from position 23.0°E.
Frequency telemetry on 3401 R - nothing lockable in S2/S2X (in circular scan)
Weak "ring constellation" on 3694 (R) and strong at 3851 R
PS: Too windy at this time to change in linear...

this is the Best signal I can get with manual adjustment
linear scan with opposite polarity with PANORAMA-13K (also with -3Mhz compring to other C-LNBs) using IQmonitor
the same beacons or telemetry showing up in with other polarity , may be this satellite works in Circular

New circular right spectrum between 4000 to 4100 MHz, but nothing lockable on my TBS cards.

Checking the spectrum of the Angosat 2 satellite in the morning, I did not observe such a high "peak" at a frequency of 4032 V
