Two DAB+ streams have been activated at 23.5E on 12168 V,27500,3/4, Media Broadcast, BeMux-Antenne Deutch, Pid 4122, and BuMux-Dr Deutch Pid 4121, which are a copy of the two on 12641 V,1500,2/3.

Eutelsat 10A @ 10.0E
. It is the same as it was the first time, after being changed twice, the last being 4000.
11221 V,30000,5/6,QPSK2- DAB+ Radio Salisbury
Code-tune-s2 11221 V 30000 -adapter 0 -system DVB-S2 -lnb UNIVERSAL (or neumoDVB on Linux) -dvbstream -c 0 -o 701 | fedi2eti 701 239.232.1.201 2048 | dablin_gtk
...
The UDP port is now 2048.
The rest of the parameters for DAB+ Salisbury have remained the same.
Thanks to @andymik #39, we can now listen to DAB+ on Windows using WSL2(Windows Subsystem for Linux).
I conducted tests on DABs NRK at 1.0 W(6909x card), RAI DAB (6902se card), and Mitropolitain (6983 card) at 5.0 W. Fortunately, they all ran very well.
For Windows users, it's an advantage that they can work on this system while listening to DAB streams.
