Astra 3B / Astra 3C @ 23.5° E
Two DAB+ streams have been activated at 23.5E on 12168 V,27500,3/4, Media Broadcast, BeMux-Antenne Deutch, Pid 4122, and BuMux-Dr Deutch Pid 4121, which are a copy of the two on 12641 V,1500,2/3.

Here are what the commands under Windows with TSReader and neumoDVB under Linux.

. It is the same as it was the first time, after being changed twice, the last being 4000.
11221 V,30000,5/6,QPSK2- DAB+ Radio Salisbury
Code-tune-s2 11221 V 30000 -adapter 0 -system DVB-S2 -lnb UNIVERSAL (or neumoDVB on Linux) -dvbstream -c 0 -o 701 | fedi2eti 701 239.232.1.201 2048 | dablin_gtk...
The UDP port is now 2048.
The rest of the parameters for DAB+ Salisbury have remained the same.
Thanks to @andymik #39, we can now listen to DAB+ on Windows using WSL2(Windows Subsystem for Linux).
I conducted tests on DABs NRK at 1.0 W(6909x card), RAI DAB (6902se card), and Mitropolitain (6983 card) at 5.0 W. Fortunately, they all ran very well.
For Windows users, it's an advantage that they can work on this system while listening to DAB streams.
DAB Rai at 12564 V, 35300, 3/4, 8PSL at 5.0W now also has Multi 12, which currently has the same list of radio stations as Multi 11.
I used the VMA app to stream these Multi 11 and 12 PIDs, which are very easy to find and access, unlike Crazyscan, where you have to wait for them to appear and then select them.
They are identical in content, the only difference being in two names.

Real time processing of DAB+ under Windows11:
From Windows 11 I am streaming the full TS from ALT DVB ver 2.5.0 directly to the IP of WSL2 (unicast UDP).
You can find this IP in linux using for example this command "ip addr" (generaly it is under eth0)
On the WSL2 in UBUNTU 24.04 as a MPEG transport stream processor I am using the tsp plugin from TSDuck and some apps from etitools.
On the picture you can see the command line for tsp and processing. For playing DAB+ streams I am using Dablin GTK GUI from Opendigitalradio,
I haven't tried running a DAB+ stream with the Blindscan app (neumo-tune and neumo-dmx) yet.
The first one I tested was DAB NRK at 1.0W on 10716 V, 5400,3/4, 8PSK, MIS 171, which can only be activated with a Stid135 card (6903x/6909x).
With a Neumo-tune console for the signal and another Neumo-dmx for decoding, the stream can run well with the Dablin player.
I would be very interested in DAB radio broadcasts that can be received via satellite, but I only have a Windows system.
I don't know how to do it easily.

Hello, I have also Windows, but under it I am using a WSL2 subsystem ... RE: DAB+ on satellites
If this is the first time you are installing Linux and want to work on it, I don't know how I could explain and help you understand how to proceed in a way that a novice would understand.
But since I also went through the stages of installing Linux, I admit with some emotion and slight doubts that I am not an expert in this operating system. I used the guides available online.
You have two options for installing Linux:
1. Install it separately on a separate hard drive/SSD in dual boot, with Windows on one partition and Linux on another, or
2. Install Linux through WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) via Microsoft Store or Virtual Machines (VM with VirtualBox/Hyper-V).
This option is more convenient and seems accessible, because through the Microsoft Store on Windows, you can install, say, Ubuntu or another distribution.
After installing Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora, etc.), you need to install the Eti-Tools package, which you need to access DAB+ streams, which you can install from here: https://github.com/piratfm/eti-tools
The advantage of this WSL installation option is that Linux apps (eti-tools or players) can also be used with Windows drivers for DVB cards.
It would undoubtedly have been more useful to make a video showing all the steps for installing Linux, but since time is short for everyone, especially now during the winter holidays, I would recommend that if you have any minor or major problems, it is best to consult Google or AI.
Here is the final phase showing DAB+ with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu 24.04) with the Metropolitan 1 stream on 11461 H, 5780.3/4 at 5.0W:
