DAB Media won't work unless you install WSL and a Linux distribution, along with a DVB app (such as Crazyscan, EBS, or VMA DVB Launcher, etc.).

On the DVB Launcher page, VMA has even provided instructions for installing DVB apps that are compatible with DAB streams.
