Today many channel moving from old 10A to 10B in Ku-band. Can someone to check? 
African channels moved from band 10700-10950 to 12500-12750V. For me - no any signs.

Some frequencies have been tested, some have been kept, and others are in testing.
The ORTC program has a copy in the upper band on 12642 V,2060,3/4.
The other African and Portuguese programs have been deactivated.

Here's what the upper band looks like. The signal on the older frequencies(12526 V and 12532 V) is weaker.
12590 H,16148,3/4,32apsk is a new one, activated today.

Ich bin ganz zufrieden. 2 mal ORTC.Wenn Euch an meinen Spektren irgendetwas auffällt, was auf einen Fehler an meiner Anlage hinweisen könnte, dann würde ich mich über einen HInweis freuen.

I would make one observation, but it is not obligatory: I would uncheck the "Mark width" function in Crazyscan to see better the parameters, especially when the muxes are close. (See picture)

Although it cannot be known (yet) what content these carriers will have, according to the parameters, it seems to be allocated to Radio Maria. Probably they are doing internal tests; who knows?

Hallo,
aktueller Scan mit der 1,8m.
Die 12736 V 4000 wird immer mit eingelesen, obwohl das Signal deutlich
unter der Lockschwelle ist. (Parameter sind nicht korrekt)...
Die 10731 H hier sehr stark.

Hab ich schon korrekt drin...
Ist schon eine Hausnummer. Mit 2,7m 11,8dB, ca. 0,8dB Reserve dann ist das Bild wech.
Bei mir eben kein Lock und er liest den Tp. mit ein.

PS: I can confirm unlockable QPSK signal at about 12673 H, but can´t confirm SR 255.

...Indeed, we have no device or application capable of reading the signal at 12672-12678 H to be sure that it is a valid transmission. Only IQmonitor, when searching manually, discovers/generates some parameters, but all muxes have the same signal level.
There is definitely some activity on these transponders but probably (who knows) they are operator tests(?).
