According Marcus_21 on satellites.co.uk forum (here as Capitan_Uncino), two telemetry frequencies 4194,00 V and 3946,50 H appeared.

qwer today Paksat MM1R officially started in use. May be you can see some difference?
...I will check it soon... just in circular "mode" atm...
Something is "going on" here... not sure if these signals coming from this postion/satellite - but in fact of the signals here last days, I would say, these signals are probably from Paksat-MM1R...
3755 H - carrier - STILL TESTING now...
3867 H 2000 3/5 DVB-S2 QPSK - empty carrier - new
PS: Signals from Paksar-1R decreased during 3755 H carrier tests about more than 4dB in range 3.70GHz to 3.85GHz (3758 H; 3835 H; 3847 H). 3867 H was stable signal about 8dB on 4.9m.
Unlockable QPSK signal on 3898 H
