According hvdh Paksat-MM1R arrived position 38.2°E. 
According Marcus_21 on satellites.co.uk forum (here as Capitan_Uncino), two telemetry frequencies 4194,00 V and 3946,50 H appeared. 
I can confirm these ones here.

Unfortunately, my antenna is too small to lock PakSat. I locked only 4069 R,1000,3/4,32APSK.

I can see the the beacons using a RHCP feed on a 1.8m dish but nothing lockable (RH only)

Something is "going on" here... not sure if these signals coming from this postion/satellite - but in fact of the signals here last days, I would say, these signals are probably from Paksat-MM1R...
3755 H - carrier - STILL TESTING now...
3867 H 2000 3/5 DVB-S2 QPSK - empty carrier - new
PS: Signals from Paksar-1R decreased during 3755 H carrier tests about more than 4dB in range 3.70GHz to 3.85GHz (3758 H; 3835 H; 3847 H). 3867 H was stable signal about 8dB on 4.9m. -
