• I don't know how you use PotPlayer, but it seems to have become "glitchy" in recent years, even though in my case, it updates every day.

Although I don't get any errors when I launch it or select it to play streams from Crazyscan or another app, the result is that it doesn't play anything.

Have you had the same experience with this player, or is there a setting I need to adjust? Thanks :3:

Thanks for the picture with the PP version. The difference is that your version is from January this year, whereas mine is from April 1, 2026.

It appears that I’ll need to determine why my version isn’t compatible with Crazyscan and other apps. Something in the app settings must be off, even though it shouldn’t be, since I keep the player settings at their default values.

  • Its from 32/64 bit version and the different orders?

:125:I can confirm the last version of satesco

If you don't specify the antenna size and the approximate location, posting is useless if it's about signal acquisition.

"Auto" should never be in the settings.

  • To make sure the problem wasn’t with PotPlayer’s settings—which is why I thought I couldn’t use it with StreamReader or EBSPro—I completely uninstalled it, removing all previous files from the system. Probably a waste of time. I also downloaded and installed the latest 64-bit and 32-bit versions.

And even though PotPlayer can play video/audio files, I still can’t get it to play from Crazyscan, TSReader, and others. When I try to launch it from TSReader, the player searches for the stream for a long time and still can’t find it.
I can’t figure out why this is happening with both the 64-bit and 32-bit versions. I’ve checked the path in TSReader, tried different ports, and still can’t get the satellite stream to play.

It’s probably not worth pairing it with TSReader or any other app; there are other players now that perform better. However, I recall that many years ago, I could use PotPlayer to play some satellite streams that other players could barely play, or not at all.

I’d rather know the technical reason why I can’t use it than use something else. VLC and other players do the same thing better.

And yet there must be an explanation for why this player doesn’t work with TSReader, which I just can’t figure out.
