I found it almost impossible to get a lock on Radio Gdansk and the others using 405ks/s were very hard with CS. These captures were using a software demodulator from the Amsat-DL forum. Another test for low symbol rate reception on the upper band at 16.0E with IQmonitor and Crazyscan.
I must add that I manually locked these transponders with both applications.
On this occasion, I managed to lock the low symbol rate on 12689 V,146,3/4, Radio Gdansk, which I had not managed before. Although the signal is stronger on this one, over 18dB, locking it is more difficult with Crazyscan. The Head codec (I have not heard so far) is used for Gdansk Radio.
Probably the local oscillator of the lnb dro IBU is affected by the high temperature outside.
Not sure if there are 4 trps active at 12577 H,405,3/4, or only three. IQmonitor found four(?!)

Surprisingly, the 6903x card worked best with a low symbol rate (405 Ks) at 16.0E with the neumoDVB app on Ubuntu.
Then, again a reward for me, Crazyscan locked those trps with 405 Ks which I had failed on other occasions.
And about IQmonitor I can say that it works very hard and is unreliable when auto searching/blindscan. The best you can do is manually lock 12577 H/12578 directly without any search.
I don't know which of the IQmonitor versions can work well with the 6903X card.
The above comments are not intended to diminish the merits of one application over another, especially regarding 6903x. But I must add that Deeptho, the developer of neumoDVB, has put a lot of time and thought into making this card perform better on Linux than it does under Windows.
I kindly ask you to do the following experiment for me, which I cannot do myself due to the lack of TBS 6903X:
For all three programs, install
16°E polarization H
Fstart = 12575
Fstop = 12580
with the same spectrum size with the axes of frequencies and signal strengths visible in the screenshot (the same as for IQmonitor Pro);
For IQmonitor Pro, register the RF spectrum in 1MHz steps, and then run the HR spectrum with the Add checkbox checked.
Please do not skip frequencies while running the program.
I ask you to make a screenshot with the left button so that both the spectrum and the main program window with search parameters can be seen on it. Save the spectrum and transponder table and attach it to the report.
For Crazyscan in the same format and spectrum size as IQmonitor Pro, acquire the RF spectrum at maximum resolution (minimum frequency step) and then execute BlindScan. Take a screenshot of the entire program window so that you can see the frequency step. Do not crop from it when posting.

BS IQmonitor with 6903x card between 12575-12580 H took almost three hours with 1MHz step. Only one trps found and locked it,12576,5 H. The result is seen in the screenshot. Strange is that although the feed didn't show any parameters, I had a stream with TSReader.
(I would like to know if there is an IQmonitor version that scans faster?)

At 0.1MHz step and high resolution, Crazyscan couldn't find these close transponders with low symbol rate. Only manual search could lock them.
-In the case of neumoDVB you can't set the steps in blindscan. I asked the developer to tell me how to choose, but he didn't say anything. He said that they are implemented in the search algorithm, which he set so that scanning with 6903x is faster.
And indeed scanning with this card takes less time; it's much faster than any such application under Windows.
In fact, these low sr muxes do not appear on the spectrum, which is why they can't be found in blindscan. Only manual search can find and lock them.

First, I will answer your question about scanning speed - there is no such version of IQmonitor Pro that would work faster.
And now I'm sure it won't. The fact is that the bundle of the TBS-6903X driver and the StreamReader of the respected Crazycat are not "friends" with each other, since the latter does not have complete documentation on the driver and card registers.
The Linux driver seems to have the same problem.
At least the spectrum you got has nothing to do with the scan results shown at the bottom of the screenshot.
And here, apparently, everything rests on the lack of complete documentation for TBS-6903X.
In order not to give the impression that your work is in vain,
I want to share with you an important result of the analysis of RF spectra from your excellent video.
The receiving setup on which the spectra were obtained has a very low cross-polarization isolation (only ~10dB instead of the usual ~24dB).
The news, which would seem not the most joyful, but inspiring optimism, is that with the correct setting of the LNB rotation angle and compensation for cross-polarization interference, the sensitivity of the installation will increase, and the SNR for some transponders will increase by 2dB.
You can make this fine tuning using the dynamical (real time) spectrum in the IQmonitor Pro program.
