Yes, they very weak. At my 2.7m gives only 11dB at the center of coverage.

Both programs are not new; they are reported on FlySat.

As known for those who have tried to lock 10992 H,3500,3/4, even if it's in dvb-s, it's hard to catch in my area, but I think in others, that's why it's a permanent target for many rare "treasure" hunters.
The signal seems to have been a little more generous today, although it's raining in the area.
