Why don't you show the HR spectrum of IQmonitor? It would be interesting to compare it with CrazyScan in order to understand where the difference of two dozen transponders comes from

Not lockable - home-made-probs (?)... 3930 H 25000 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
Just my scan in the year 2022. No changes.
PS: 3827 H seems from other polarisation...

Still not lockable on changed Kaonsat LNB (1.8dB under LM). 
Just another scan about 3 and 1/2 month later - without any changes.
Signal increased a bit, only 0.5dB under LM for: 3930 H 25000 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK.
Finally I can lock 3930 H 25000 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK on the absolute limit (with TBS 6925)

Just my first advent scan... no changes. 
PS: 3900 H on weak signal here...
3900 H no signal - on TBS 6903 and TBS 6903X/TBS 6522. No changes in vertical spectrum.
PS: Since a few days: not lockable "3840 H" peak.

Czy ktoś z komórki może sprawdzić czy odbiera te transpondery
które są na ekranie.
Przy 240 cm nie wykrycia niczego.
Mam dziwny przypadek w dziwny moja antena nie odbieram transponderów od 3715 V do 3974 HI , odbieram
od 3994 H do 4196 HI
It would have been good if you had posted a spectrum of the signal you are getting from 68.5E because that would have given us a better idea of whether the problem comes from C-band interference, which sometimes goes up to 3800 MHz. But that way, we're more likely to guess what's happening.

Unfortunately I don't have any DVB card 
Just my current scan - nothing new, but 3900 H is lockable again now.
I thinking about strong signals from 70.0°E (circular) Blagovest 3 at your (and even at my) place...? 
My added scans are showing:
1. HORIZONTAL spectrum from 70.0°E postion (see "small" attached file);
2. 3600 MHz to 3700 MHz range, when adjusting frequency 3930 H (+1.0dB more than my complete scan)
3. 3600 MHz to 3700 MHz range, when adjusting frequency 3900 H -> motor moved "two steps" (on Moteck positioner) more to west
