That's right, despite the FCC notice and Intelsat ephemeris, Horizons 2 didn't leave 84.85°E at all, a year ago!

The Russia beam on Horizons-2 doesn't reach my area.
And yet, there is signal all year round,but it can't be lock all the time with the 1.50m antenna,especially between 11700-12200 H. Only 11720 H and 12040 H, because it is in dvb-s mode,can be received and there are no problems. Fortunately,with the cold season,the chances increase in my area that all transponders can be locked. As it happens now. The morning hours are the best when the signal increases.I hope that helps those in my area interested in this Russia spot.
