The 8K test @42°E is in better quality

This topic actually covers two satellites: 85.15°E Intelsat 15, and 84.85°E Horizons 2.
Horizons 2 uses the 11.7...12.2 GHz range, the rest is from Intelsat 15.

Since many reports include both satellites together, I tried to duplicate this topic, but the duplicate loses most attachments, making it useless.
The reason was because of a FCC notice today:

"On January 22, 2020, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Horizons 2 space station to the 73.8° W.L. orbital location."

According Intelsat ephemeris, Horizons 2 leaves already on January 25, so it should be emptied by now! Where did the "Telekarta" package go to, or did they cease altogether?

Even though a year has passed since this announcement, the Telekarta package is still at 85.2E.Recently checked
