It's not very strong and may have been lost in the VSWR ripple. Try IQ Monitor with normalisation enabled. I've turned the gain up and added some filtering on this plot.

Here in circular left (using LNB for band B) - two wide TP appeared... not sure about exact position....?

They are similar here, about 120MHz wide and don't look quite like normal DVB and are not SBIRS-Geo. I need to calibrate the positioner to get an absolute position but they are a bit to the East at this time. I noticed a very strong carrier and a couple of weak ones around 20704R (Amos-17) between this pair and SBIRS-Geo.
